Baking From the Heart
The name feels so right because every single thing I make comes from that same place The kitchen, the heart, the memories, the love.
It’s also why I care so much about what goes into my treats. When I found out how many chemicals were hidden in pastries, I couldn’t unsee it. I knew there had to be a better way — cleaner, but still full of that real homemade magic and STILL absolutely delicious. So I threw myself into learning. I took pastry courses, trained under an inspiring chef who taught me how to create a vegan egg that mimics a real egg — and that completely changed everything. It allowed me to bake cakes and pastries that stayed soft, moist, rich… without all the junk. Cakes that still feel like home.
And now, here we are. Maison De Treats is officially open. A little house of sweetness, where love rises warm and delicious — and where every bite feels like home.
